Workers Compensation Fee Schedule

The Workers’ Compensation Division has a new online medical fee payment calculator that is now available to health care providers.  Because many of Oregon’s providers treat workers’ compensation patients (and auto accidents (PIP) follow the same fee schedule), we wanted to make this information available to you.  The “Max Payment Calculator” is a simple way for providers to verify whether they received the correct payment amount for medical services provided to Oregon workers’ compensation and MVA patients.
To use the “Max Payment Calculator” visit The Workers’ Compensation Division’s Web site www.oregonwcdoc.info.  On the right hand side under “What’s New?” click on the “Max Payment Calculator” link next to the calculator symbol.

You can input up to five CPT® or Oregon Specific Codes for any date of service after July 1, 2008 at any one time.  The calculator will display the maximum payment amount allowed under the Oregon Medical Fee and Payment Rules for each code.
