Become an Affiliate

Affiliate memberships are for businesses that wish to reach Oregon Chiropractic Association members throughout the year.  Affiliate members have priority access for advertising in our journal, website  and additionally, depending on your level of affiliate membership,  have special access at our annual convention. 

Affiliate Membership Application 

Diamond Affiliate: $4000.00 per year
2= Journal ads = full page color (1 Spring Edition & 1 Fall Edition)
4= Your seminar/events –(up to 4 per year) posted on our website and email blast to members
1= Website ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
1= Booth 2013 convention / included
Listing in convention Packets (Goes out to Profession) ***
Listing in new member packets (ask office for details)
Listing in bi-monthly newsletters (Goes out to Members – 500+)

Platinum Affiliate: $2500.00 per year
2= Journal ads = ½ page color (1 Spring Edition & 1 Fall Edition)
2= Your seminar/events –(up to 2 per year) posted on our website & email blast to members
1= Website ad = with link to your own website (Affiliate Page and Links Page)
1= Booth 2013 convention / included
