Donald Ferrante, D.C. 
Co-President 
Dr. Ferrante was the past-President of the Chiropractic Association of Oregon (CAO).  A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College, he has been in practice since 1974. He was the CAO Chiropractor of the Year in 2004.  He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine. He has offices in Portland, Salem and Hillsboro.

David Duemling, D.C.,P.C.,C.C.W.P. 
Co- President 
Dr. Duemling served as the past vice president of ODOC and is the current vice president elect of the OCA. He graduated from WSCC in 1989 and founded the Northwest Wellness Center located in Wilsonville. This is a multi disciplinary environment 
consisting of  Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Medical, Certified Nutritionist and Massage providers.

Michael Miller, D.C. 
Dr. Miller is a 1991 summa cum laude 
graduate from WSCC and was the valedic-torian of his graduating class.  He began his professional career in Woodburn and has practiced in McMinnville, Oregon since 1993. He was a member of Oregon Doctors of Chiropractic for 17 years, serving multiple positions. He was honored with the ODOC Award of Excellence in 1993 and ODOC Service Award in 2005.

Jennifer Pitcairn, D.C. 
Dr. Pitcairn received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1996 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Specializing in family wellness care she has been providing chiropractic care in Oregon City since 1997. Dr. Pitcairn comes from a strong chiropractic background, receiving her first chiropractic adjustment at 9 years old. She has seen the positive results of a preventative, wellness chiropractic lifestyle.

Steve DeShaw, D.C., P.C., F.I.C.C. 

Dr. DeShaw has been past-President of the Oregon Chiropractic Physician’s Association (OCPA) and Oregon Doctors of Chiropractic. He has also served on the CAO Executive Board. He is a Fellow of theInternational College of Chiropractors. A 1974 graduate of WSCC, he currently owns Northwood Health Center, a multi-disciplinary facililty in Woodburn. He was the Chiropractor of the Year in 1987 from the OCPA.

Daniel Miller, D.C., C.C.S.P. 
Journal Editor 
Dr. Miller was the editor for the CAO 
journal and will continue that roll for the OCA. He was recently named to sit on the CAO Executive Board. He was named Young Chiropractor of the Year in 2004 by the CAO Board.  He has practiced in Woodburn since graduating from WSCC in 1994 emphasizing on post-traumatic rehabilitation and sports injuries.

Peter Lind, D.C.

Dr. Lind graduated with honors from Los Angeles Chiropractic College. Since 1988 he has practiced in Salem focusing on wellness care. He has been involved in Oregon Chiropractic state associations since 1988. He has written numerous journal articles and has completed a full length novel about agricultural genetic engineering which is soon to be a movie filmed in Oregon.

Ann Durrant, D.C.

Dr. Durrant is a 1984 graduate of National West Chiropractic College.  She was a member of the OCPA for 6 years before joining ODOC in its inception.  he has been an ODOC President, Vice-President and Secretary. She practices in Silverton.

Robert Ramsey, D.C.

Dr. Ramsey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western States Chiropractic College in 1996.  Prior to receiving his doctorate, he worked as a physical trainer with over six years in exercise program instruction. He has owned and operated the Gresham Town Fair Chiropractic Clinic since 2000 focusing on injury care and wellness, but also prevention through exercise, nutrition and supplementation, as well as stress awareness and prevention.

Jason M. Kehr, D.C.

Dr. Kehr is a second generation
chiropractor and joined his father in
practice in 2001 after graduation from Western States Chiropractic College. He recently obtained his OSAA certification as a body composition assessor and now certifies high school wrestlers’ safe minimum weight. He is currently completing hours to become a certified Chiropractic Wellness practitioner and he has post doctorate training in Motor Vehicle Collisions.

Dr. Gross graduated from Western States Chiropratic College in 1989. She has a solo practice in NW Portland. She has served as an Executive Board Member for the CAO. Member of the North American Association for Laser Therapy.

Kevin Holzapfel, D.C

Dr. Holsapfel graduated in 1981 from National College of Chiropractic. He has practiced in Corvallis and Albany since 1982. He is an Oregon Representative for the ACA’s, Medicare Chiropractic Advisory Committee. He was a committee member for the OBCE’s Chiropractic Practice and Utilization Guidelines Project and Administrative Rules Advisory Committee.

Ed Hacmac, DC

Dr. Hacmac has lived and practiced Chiropractic in the Milwaukie area since 1984, currently owning and operating Hands on Chiropractic Center. He graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1981. Active in community affairs, Dr. Hacmac is a past Board member of North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Clackamas Education Foundation. He has been an active member in the OCPA, ODOC, and OCA organizations since 1985 and has directed continuing education programs and conventions.

   Elizabeth Mazzara, Ph.D.

Elizabeth has worked in goverment affairs and communications since 2007 when she was the legislative and communications Director for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. Since then her legislative and lobbying work has focused primarily on health care reform at the State level. Prior to this, she owned a successful restraunt/ bar and event promotions business in Hood River for 6 years. Elizabeth defended her doctoral exams in Political Science with an emphasis in American politics and Public Law in 2000.

Kira Richards 
Administrative Assistant

Kira has a background in Chiropractic as a CA, communications, marketing, customer service, and new business development. She has assisted in her past jobs at doing field presentation, public relations work, and designing /redesigning websites. She has attended "Masters Circle" events and other Chiropractic seminars. In Addition, she is willing to continue learning new things and expanding her knowledge of chiropractic. Kira also has a six year old daughter, Jaiden and Volunteers for the "Books under the Stars" program at Powell Valley Grade School as Coordinator.
